Step 1. Complete the BDO Optimum Savings Account requirements

Passport (In case of foreign passport, must have English characters/translations and the holder must have a residence address in the Philippines)
Driver’s License issued by Land Transportation Office (LTO)
b. 2 Copies of 2×2 Latest Photo
c. Bring 1 Utility Bill such as water bill, electric bill etc. for address verification purpose.

Step 3. Proceed to the new application desk station and inform the officer that you want to open a BDO Optimum Savings Account. They will ask you to fill out an application form.
Step 4. After filling out the application form, you will have to pay for the initial deposit.

Important Note from BDO:
Account closure fee needs to be paid if account is closed within 30 days from account opening.
The collection will start 5 years after the last client-initiated activity date.
Account with no activity for 2 years will be considered as dormant. If your account falls below minimum MADB, dormancy Fee will be collected.
