Step 2: Bring the following requirements:

2 Valid ID’s (Original and Photocopy)
1 Utility Bill (For address verification purpose)
2 Copies of 2×2 Latest Photo

Important Note:
IDs must be original and within their period of validity.

Step 3: Proceed to the New Account station and fill out the application form.
Important Note: You have the option to choose if you want a BDO EMV Debit Card or have the passbook alone

Step 4: Pay the initial deposit

Minimum Initial Deposit Php 5,000.00
Minimum MADB Requirement (1) Php 10,000.00
Minimum Balance to Earn Interest Php 10,000.00
Gross Interest Rate Per Annum 0.25%

Step 5. wait for 1 to 2 days for your account to be activated. As for the passbook and ATM, they are usually issued after 5 to 7 banking days.
