Step 4. Go to the account opening desk and inform the clerk about your purpose. Submit your Customer Information Form, 1 valid I.D., billing statement, 2×2 or 1×1 pictures and pay the initial deposit. You will also have to sign the Customer Signature Cards. After providing everything, you will usually get your Metrobank passbook savings account right away.
