Do you need additional funds? Due to Enhanced Community Quarantine caused by COVID-19, you can now apply for Pag-Ibig Calamity Loan through email. See the details below:

(1) Accomplish the Calamity Loan Application Form (CLAF, HQP-SLF-066), which you can download here:

Important Note:
Request your employer or authorized company signatory to sign the Application Agreement portion of the form. (You may send them a copy of your loan qualification form, which they should should send back to you with their signature)

(2) Scan or take a photo of the following: accomplished loan application form,
one (1) valid ID, and the front and back images of your Loyalty Card Plus or LandBank, DBP or UCBP cash card.

(3) Send a scanned copy or photo of your loan application and requirements to the designated email address assigned for your employer’s office address

Important Note: You will receive a text message from PAG-IBIG Fund that your loan has been approved and credited to your Loyalty Card Plus, LandBank, DBP or UCPB Cash Card.
