Step 1. Prepare the following requirements:

Child Identification

– Passport
– School ID signed by the principal/school head
– Birth Certificate issued by PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) or Local Civil Registry

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Account may be under the name of the child or parent. If under the child’s name, you may submit only the document of the child.

If under parent’s name, the following requirements are needed:

– Two (2) Valid goverment ID’s
– For working parents, BDO opening assistant may request for certificate of employment or latest payslips.
– For self-employed parents, BDO opening assistant may request for DTI business permit and barangay permit to prove business legitimacy.
