Driver’s License issued by Land Transportation Office (LTO)
b. Bring 1 utility bill for address verification purpose such as electric bill, internet bill, water bill etc.
c. Bring 2 Copies of 2×2 Latest Photo

Step 3. Go to the account opening section and inform the clerk about your purpose of opening a checking account with ATM. The clerk will ask you to fill-up a form, provide the requirements and pay the initial deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your purpose of opening a checking account is to pay real properties and transaction payments, mostly likely you don’t need six months balance history. You just need to justify your purpose to the branch manager.
