First off, what is a UMID I.D.? Also known as Unified Multi-purpose ID, this type of identification card’s purpose is to streamline the identification systems of all government agencies, and government-owned and controlled corporations.

Get a UMID Form and number and accomplish the form. Submit the form along with your valid identification cards and wait to get verified. Once verified, you will be directed to the proper window for fingerprint scanning, signature and ID capture process.
