Step 4. Go to the opening account clerk and provide your Customer Information Form. Wait for them to put your information into their computer. You will also have to sign the Customer Signature Cards. After that, give them your 1 valid I.D., 2×2 or 1×1 pictures, billing statement and then pay your initial deposit.
