How to Open BDO Junior Savings Account For Children Under 7 Years Old in Angeles City

Step 1. Ready the following requirements:

Child Identification

– Birth Certificate issued by PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) or Local Civil Registry
– Passport
– School ID signed by the principal/school head

Parent/Legal Guardian

– Two (2) Valid goverment ID’s (Driver’s License, Philippine Passport, GSIS ID or GSIS UMID Card, SSS ID or SSS UMID Card, PRC ID etc.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: IDs must be original and within their period of validity.
– If the account will be opened by Legal Guardian, guardianship documents is needed.
– If the account will be opened by Adoptive Parent, adoption documents is needed.

Proof Income

For parent who will open the account, BDO opening account assistant may ask for certificate of employment or latest payslips.
For self-employed parents, you may present DTI business permit and barangay permit to prove business legitimacy.
